Where is my order?
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take a little time to appear after a label is created.
Check your email
Look for your Drivria order confirmation and shipping confirmation. If you do not see them, check spam, promotions, or junk folders.
Open carrier tracking
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Carrier scans may appear after the package reaches the first sorting facility.
Contact support
If your tracking is stalled or your package appears delivered but cannot be located, email service@drivria.com with your order number.
Delivery Tip
Please check porches, mail rooms, parcel lockers, reception desks, side doors, and neighbors before reporting a missing delivered package.
